Welcome to NyeshaJetaun.com!
My name is Nyesha Jetaun (Ny-ee-shuh) (Je-tawn).
I am so glad you decided to check me out! I am a mom of a boisterous and incredibly bright boy. I spend most of my time pouring into the strong and God-fearing man he will become!
I have been an educator for 13 years. I have a passion for teaching children, but also educating parents and caregivers! While teachers sow many seeds, I truly believe that parents are at the heart of it all. I think parents are the key to what it truly takes to inspire and grow a child.
I have a Bachelors in American Literature and a Master’s in Education with a background in special education and literacy. I have always thought of myself as belonging in the classroom. However, over the past few years, I have watched my gift outgrow this setting.
As a recent homemaker and homeschooler, I am taking my passion and gifts to a public blog in the hopes to inspire and educate mothers who are needing support in teaching their child at home. I am an advocate for early education and home education. In other words, I want parents to feel empowered by my blog to educate at home or even practice homeschooling altogether!
My lifestyle blog will offer strategies that I have uncovered while teaching over the years, researched parenting practices, inspiration for families, product recommendations, and all things me!
Disclaimer: I have a strong core believe that ALL people despite their religion, creed, race, ethnicity, spiritual practices, gender…. are deserving of love and respect. I believe all humans can co-exist and thrive with respect for each others’ values.
If at anytime, there is a comment on my page that does not reflect this, the comment will be removed. This is my space. Hatred, bullying, shaming will not be tolerated.
